On an impressive area of approximately 54 hectares, located directly adjacent to the runway of Berlin Brandenburg Airport and just outside Berlin, a groundbreaking project is taking shape – a development that seamlessly combines innovation, quality of life, and economic progress.
The framework plan for this area is currently being developed in close collaboration with the municipality of Blankenfelde-Mahlow, the company Reese, and the experienced planning firm Wieferig & Suntrop from Teltow. We are engaged in constructive dialogue with the municipality to ensure that our project aligns with regional needs and provides long-term benefits for the entire region. The adopted local development concept for Groß Kienitz will actively incorporate and support our project within its planning framework.
